The high-performance plastic at the top of the pyramid
One of the thermoplastic engineering plastics with the highest heat resistance and mechanical strength, combining chemical resistance, wear resistance with self-lubrication and biocompatibility. It is widely used to replace metal, cut weight and survive harsh operating conditions. Yilong distributes the resin of Fengmei Pimeike (Xiangshan base, Ningbo), a domestic producer of virgin PEEK whose PEEK technology is licensed from Jilin University — with stable supply and small-batch support for project development.
Material properties
The properties of PEEK come from the polymer itself rather than from the grade, so the figures below hold across the range. Physical property values for a specific grade are available from our sales team.
Product series
Selection follows the operating conditions: unfilled, glass-fibre reinforced, carbon-fibre reinforced, wear-resistant and medical grades each have their own focus. Specific grades and property data are available from our sales team.
Base grades
FM-PK 30G / 50G / 70G: unfilled virgin resin with balanced overall properties, for injection moulding, extrusion and compression moulding.
Glass-fibre reinforced GF
FM-PK 50GL30: 30% glass fibre, raising tensile and flexural strength and giving better dimensional stability.
Carbon-fibre reinforced CF
CF/PEEK 30%: a large gain in strength and modulus, with better creep resistance and improved thermal conductivity.
High wear resistance
FM-PK W100: wear-modified, low friction and self-lubricating, for sliding and sealing parts.
Medical grades
Biocompatible and radiolucent, for orthopaedic implants and medical devices.

| Series | Property focus | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|
| Base grades (FM-PK 30G / 50G / 70G) | Unfilled virgin resin, balanced properties, good insulation and toughness | General injection and extrusion parts, seals, gears |
| Glass-fibre reinforced GF (FM-PK 50GL30) | Higher rigidity, strength and dimensional stability | Structural parts, load-bearing brackets, pump components |
| Carbon-fibre reinforced CF (CF/PEEK 30%) | High strength and modulus, creep resistant, improved thermal conductivity | Lightweight structural parts, precision motion components |
| High wear resistance (FM-PK W100) | Low friction, self-lubricating, wear resistant | Sliding parts, seal rings, bearings and bushes |
| Medical grades | Biocompatible and radiolucent, withstands repeated sterilisation | Surgical instruments, dental abutments, orthopaedic implants |
The table above sets out where each series sits and what it is used for; no physical property values are listed. Specific grades, data sheets and compliance documents are available from our sales team.

From grade selection to volume production
Injection moulding
Runs on standard reciprocating-screw machines and is economical for complex parts in volume.
Extrusion and profiles
Rod, tube, sheet, film and monofilament, all suitable for later machining.
Grade selection and trials
We match the grade to your operating conditions (temperature, media, load, volume) and support small trial quantities.
Project support
From prototype to volume production, our technical team stays involved and supply stays stable.
Data sheets, test reports and compliance documents are supplied with shipments; we also support grade selection, small trial quantities and project-level supply. If you need help selecting PEEK, PPA or POM, just send us your operating conditions.
Need help selecting a PEEK grade or a trial quantity?
Send us your operating conditions — temperature, media, load and volume — and we will match the grade, advise on processing and quote a lead time.
