“Healthy living” means caring for both body and mind, and it is the foundation of a healthy business. Only with sound health, a calm mind and balanced habits can we meet the challenges of work and life in good shape.

“Staying in step with the right course” means respecting how things work and staying true to the essence of business. For thirty years Yilong has held to integrity, quality and putting the customer first, deepening its two core lines — plastics trading and the application development of fine chemicals — winning customer trust through professional service and building its reputation through long-term commitment.

“Pooling energy for growth” points to the next stage — uniting the team around a shared purpose, learning with openness and humility, and moving forward with steadiness and pragmatism, so that individual strength becomes shared, lasting strength.

In his speech the chairman thanked in particular the management team, core employees and all colleagues who have walked with the company. To him, Yilong’s greatest asset is not only its accumulated results, but a team that is dependable, positive and willing to stay for the long haul. The ideal company, he said, is not one sprinting at full speed, but one where people create value while keeping healthy bodies, a positive mindset and a good way of living.

The results bear this out. From 2021 to 2025, Yilong averaged over one billion yuan in annual sales and more than 13,000 signed sales contracts a year, with development projects steadily landing and export business continuing to grow; for 2026, overall performance is expected to grow by about 15%. Against a backdrop of a slowing traditional economy, this steady growth and improving quality of operations come from the unremitting efforts of every professional team.

Yilong has also reached thirty years because it has always respected risk. The chairman said plainly that over three decades he has watched many excellent companies fall into the pit of poor risk management. That is why the company treats risk control as a core competitiveness, keeps the risk-control mindset first, and does its operational management and risk prevention thoroughly, protecting the foundation of its steady growth.
